Poorfitting, usually using brute force, accounts for 16% of premature bearingfailures. ACEPOM Bearing Fitting Tool Kits are designed for quick and precisemounting of bearings, while minimising the risk of bearing damage.

Theright combination of impact ring and sleeve allows effective transmission ofmounting force to the bearing ring with the interference fit, minimising therisk of damaging the bearing’s raceways or rolling elements. In addition tomounting bearings, the ACEPOMseries are also suitable for mounting othercomponents such as bushings, seals and pulleys.

TheACEPOMkit contains 36 impact rings . The kit have 3 impact sleeves and a dead-blow hammer packed in a lightweight carryingcase.
