What is the principle of induction heating?
Compared with the transformer, the principle of induction bearing heater is to install a primary coil with more turns and a secondary coil with less turns on the same iron core. The voltage ratio of input to output is equal to the ratio of turns of the coil, while the energy remains unchanged. Therefore, the secondary coil produces a large current at low voltage. For the ACEPOM induction heater, the bearing is a short-circuit single turn secondary coil, passing through a large current under the condition of low AC voltage, so it produces a lot of heat.

How much will bearing heater expand bearing?
When the bearing heater heats the bearing, the expansion of the inner ring is calculated as follows:

Where △ D is the diameter expansion of bearing or workpiece, unit: mm
A is the linear expansion coefficient of bearing steel, 1.25 * 10 ^ - 5
D0 is the initial diameter of bearing or workpiece
T1 is the temperature after heating the bearing
T0 is the initial temperature of the bearing
Generally speaking, the bearing with 100 inner diameter is heated to 100 degrees and the inner ring expands by 10 wires. (of course, it depends on the actual workpiece situation. The different thickness of cage material will affect the expansion coefficient.)
